Online Payments We accept payment by card (Visa, Delta, MasterCard, Switch) through PayPal’s secure server. For security reasons we do not post credit card vouchers to the customer.
Currency All prices on this site are quoted in pounds sterling (£).
Credit Card Security All credit card details are collected on a secure web site and are then deleted as soon as we have collected the details to carry out the transaction.
Tax All prices quoted include VAT at the prevailing rate.
Shipping/Carriage All prices quoted include postage and packing to UK addresses.
Non-UK residents, we will email you with postage costs before processing your order.
Damage in Transit If you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation so that we can make an insurance claim against the carrier's insurers. If you receive a damaged parcel, note the fact on the delivery note, even before you open the package to examine the contents. If you are unable to open the damaged package in the presence of the carrier, make sure that you sign for it as "Damaged package; goods not yet inspected" or similar to warn the carrier that a claim may be forthcoming.
Returns and Refunds If you receive goods in damaged condition, you deem as of unmerchantable quality, you must notify us by e-mail, to firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds will be made by the same method as that used for the original purchase.
Returns for Cancellations and Unwanted Items. If you change your mind about any items you have ordered from us, please notify us within 8 days of receipt and return the goods for a full refund (which will be paid within 30 days of the cancellation). In this event we will not normally refund your return postage.
Payment Under normal circumstances, goods must be paid for prior to dispatch.
Goods not Available for Shipment Although we endeavour to keep reasonable stock of all of our products, it may be possible for some goods not to be in stock at the time you place your order. In this event, we will despatch them to you as soon as the goods are in stock.
Confidentiality We undertake to exercise all reasonable precautions to keep information supplied by customers strictly confidential. Any other information supplied to us may be stored on our computer system for our convenience, but will never be supplied to any outside company or agency.
Complaints We endeavour to provide the highest level of customer service. If something should go wrong please don't hesitate to contact email@example.com. We welcome your comments as it enables us to continually improve our service. We will reply to as soon as possible, normally with an effective resolution. If the problem cannot be resolved immediately we will keep you informed of the steps we are taking to put the matter right.
